Bodecare has the largest range of pure plant bristle dry body brushes and other wellness products. Bodecare’s goal is to design professional standard health products that can be used in a body treatment by a therapist and by the at-home-user.

Christmas is almost here and I hope you have an amazing festive holiday and prosperous year in 2012.  Bodecare will be closed from 23rd December until 10th January.  There will be no orders dispatched during this time however, you are welcome to still make purchases and I will post them when the office opens again on the 11th January. Any orders hoping to receive their packages in time for Christmas, will need to place your orders by international: Friday, 9th of December Domestic: Friday, 16th of December. Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you before Christmas, I can not guarantee.Jodie Smith, Director of Bodecare, has loved to dry body brush for over 16 years. Jodie has always sufferred from a dry skin and use to purchase tubs of body exfoliant regularly to keep her skin soft.  Jodie found that she spent a lot of money every couple of months just on body exfoliants.  Once Jodie started body brushing she found it kept her skin soft, smooth and hydrated and the financial PLUS was that she only had to buy one brush which lasted her over 4 years. Years laters, while living abroad Jodie had the privilege to experience dry body brushing in luxury day spa’s and wanted to offer similar treatments and brushes here in Australia.

Once returning to Australia Jodie spent a year conducting research on each brush with therapist colleagues who would test run the brushes. The end results are a beautiful range of traditionally crafted natural bristle brushes in varying firmness to cater for specific areas of the body and different preferences of bristle texture.

Jodie loves all things to do with health and wellness.  Creating a balanced life with her family and friends and practicing a healthy lifestyle is of upmost importance to her and inspires her to continue to design many new types of plant bristle body brushes, aromatherapy detox products and spa accessories. The Bodecare symbol is the Agave plant, which is the raw material that the bristles originate from. The Agave design appears in all bodecare packaging.
