I was sceptical about body brushing, but honestly I think it works, it has I believe reduced my cellulite as well. I'm a sporty person, who is thin and has a low amount of fat on my body but I do have cellulite, I reckon it works, either that or my uptake of water has helped. Anyone taking strong medication regularly should give it a go, as those toxins just stay in you and can leave you a bit puffy and feeling sluggish.

I've been brushing my body for two weeks now and I LOVE the results! My skin is smooth and hydrated. I always had dry skin in winter, but since I've started to brush my body my skin condition has improved.

My skin gets very itchy and dry especially during the colder months here in Canada. I found since using a dry brush before my shower or bath, my skin is much softer, smoother, and less flaky. It is very invigorating and helps with circulation. My favorite skin care tips are dry brushing regularly, taking a fish oil supplement, moisturizing with organic oils and going to infrared saunas.

I have been doing Dry Body Brushing for just over 2 months. Can see an improvement in the look of my skin - I don't seem to have any dry scaly skin nor seem to need to moisturise as often.
