What I have noticed: smoother skin; less cellulite (true!); more even skin tone; shinier looking skin; less wrinkled skin (true!); lesser appearance of skin undesirables, like freckles, sunspots. Its so easy to integrate into one's morning /nighttime ritual, bit like daydreaming really...

I have been doing Dry Body Brushing for just over 2 months. Can see an improvement in the look of my skin - I don't seem to have any dry scaly skin nor seem to need to moisturise as often.

I have a tendency to get bumpy skin on the backs of my arms, backs of my thighs and on my butt in the hot weather which is not a good look or feel. I tried dry skin brushing and found that this really helped in improving the condition of the skin and preventing further problems developing.

Previously,it always used to be very dry and rashy. But I used body brushing and was very pleased to see its after effects. The feeling was terrific when i saw my dry skin disappearing. Now my skin looks much more soft,smooth and hydrated than before.
