Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You
will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials to prevent shipping damage and incurring extra charges. You pay for the return
postage yourself. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow 5 -7 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Create Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Bodecare.com or because of quality issues, bodecare.com will pay the
shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Sendle, our Courier Post choice.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s).
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post, and use the registered mail service for your
protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our Head Office - returns address can be credited.
