Items must not be used, still in package, new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Merchandise returned within 14 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card) and purchase price, if accompanied by the original invoice, minus any shipping charges incurred by Bodecare. After 14 days, product is not eligible for return credit.
Making a Return by Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials to prevent shipping damage and incurring extra charges. You pay for the return postage yourself. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow 5 -7 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Create Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Bodecare.com or because of quality issues, bodecare.com will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Sendle, our Courier Post choice.
Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package with Australia Post, and use the registered mail service for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our Head Office - returns address can be credited.
Making a Return to any of our Bodecare Stockists stores
If you purchased Bodecare products from one of our stockist, you will need to return the product to that store. Each store will have their own return policy. Bodecare is not responsible for the return policy of each stockist. If you are unhappy with the service you received from a Bodecare stockist please contact our office on 07 3288 2832 or email your complaint to email@example.com.
Returns of products purchased in our online store are accepted only by mail back to bodecare.com, not at our stockists stores.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at Bodecare.com. Please contact Bodecare on 07 3288 2832 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the order.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days (for domestic deliveries) for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
What if I don't claim my package in time at the post office and it is returned to you?
If you fail to claim your package from the post office and it is returned to Bodecare the same rules will apply as an intended return. Upon request, your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred by Bodecare for sending the package and the return costs regardless of whether you qualified for Free shipping at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed after the package is recieved, products are checked, and both shipping costs have been deducted. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment, or given as account credit.
What if I still want my package even though the Post Office/Courier service returned it to you?
The process above will apply. To recieve your products, you will need to re-order. Returned packages due to undeliverablily by the post office or courier will not be re-sent at Bodecare's cost.
