When will my order ship? endeavours to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. We ship via Sendle, a courier based shipping service that delivers Australia wide.  Shipping to PO Boxes is not available via courier delivery.   Depending on the destination and how far it is from our dispatch warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland, please allow up to 7 working days for domestic delivery and 14 working days for international. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight and dimensions of your order, with current courier rates.

We have the following flat rate shipping charges available to retail customers:

Australia Wide - $9.95  (spend over $60 for free shipping)

New Zealand - $14.95 (spend over $65 for free shipping)

International - $29.95 (spend over $150 for free shipping)


Do you ship outside Australia?

Online Bodecare ships Australia wide and Internationally.


By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We ship via Sendle (Courier) for local home delivery and international freight via DHL eCommerce Asia at the standard delivery option.


I live in the Middle East, can I order from Bodecare too?

Yes, we ship to all countries internationally with DHL eCommerce.  However, certain countries only accept shipments from DHL labelled with PO Box Addresses.  If you require shipment to a destination within the following countries, but have not provided a PO Box address, your shipment will be delayed while we attempt to contact you to provide one.

What if I change my mind and want a different product after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at, you need to contact us immediately if you want to make changes because the order will be shipped as stated on the invoice. For assistance please call the Bodecare office on 07 3288 2832.


Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)


Do you have gift boxes? we do have gift boxes in 2 sizes, which includes tissue paper, embroidered ribbon and a gift tag to make it very special for your loved ones.  Our gift packs are already predesigned, we do not have custom packages at this time.  We have an option on all our package offers for gift box for $1 extra.


Can I have a package delivered on Saturday or Sunday?

We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery at this time.


Will my order be taxed?

Applicable goods and services tax will be included on all orders based in Australia.

All orders made outside Australia will occur any taxes/customs etc. charges that normally apply for your country.  Make sure to check your government and postal websites for information regarding purchasing and importing goods to your country.

At the time this was written, UK and Europe VAT charges were 20% of total package cost including shipping charges, with an additional administration cost.  These taxes and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay when billed by their government.


What payment methods can I use? accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

Credit cards accepted:  MasterCard & Visa

PayPal: Use of PayPal as a payment option is available on Bodecare website.  However, if for some reason a refund is required by you, the fees that are incurred by Bodecare will not be refunded to you.  This is due to PayPals updated policy of not refunding fees to sellers.  You can read PayPal's policy here.

Other forms of payment:

Over the Phone ( you can pay by credit card )

You can arrange to send us payment via Direct Debit into our bank account, we can send you our BSB and Account Number

Please Note: if a phone order has arranged to pay via direct debit or cheque, payment must be received before the goods will be dispatched.


Online shopping we do not accept:

CODs;  American Express;  Money orders
