Our International shipping partner DHL eCommerce is experiencing massive delays for our international shipments.
From our communication with their customer service team, they have indicated that their processing hubs in New Zealand and Germany are working through a back log of shipments due to the current global situation. They are working through the back log as quickly as possible, and providing updates to consignments as they go.
International shipments from Australia are usually estimated to arrive within 10-14 days, however, due to the current situation they are advising of a minimum additional 2 week delay.
As you can imagine, once the parcel has left the Bodecare warehouse, it is completely out of our control. We trust our shipping partner to deliver your parcel in the quickest time possible for them, and ask that our valued customers please be patient with the process.
Once the parcel arrives in the destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery. We recommended
registering for email updates with your local postal service if available. You can find your local postal service tracking number on
your parcels DHL tracking page.
Advice received by DHL customer service:
"We ask that your consignee follow up regularly with the local postal network for the item as soon as possible as the destination country may have delivery changes to their network also."

Due to the overwhelming delays that customers are experiencing for our international shipments we have made the decision to restrict the countries that we are delivering to. Since the Covid pandemic reached world-wide status we have been experiencing delays of 2-3 months (sometimes 4 months) before our customers are receiving their items. This is not acceptable to us, and very disappointing for our customers. So we have made the decision to limit our International shipping to those countries that have experienced the least amount of delay, or a proven track record of receipt.
If you find that your country is on a restricted list for shipping, and you would still like to make your purchase, knowing it could be a 4 month wait, please contact us directly through our contact us form, to place your order via email.
When delivery time frames with our international shipping partners has normalised, and can guarantee a delivery time, we will lift the country restriction.
