Bodecare recommends a medium to firm bristle brush for poor circulation. The firmer the bristle the better the stimulation of blood to the surface of the skin, thus increasing capillary action and warming the extremities. If you are new to brushing you can start with a medium bristle or firm bristle brush, if you are experienced you should opt for the firm bristle brush.
